- Refund after successful renewal of policy: The policy has to be cancelled for refund, for which the customer has to approach our office in person and initiate the cancellation process. The cash shall be transferred to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund shall be provided.
- If the renewal of policy were failed but payment were successfully taken from customer's bank due to Connectivity/ Server related issue, The refund shall be made to the customer’s bank account.
